Mr.
Dan MacMullin, B.A., LL.B.
President
and Chairman of the Board
Mr.
MacMullin received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saskatchewan,
Canada in 1989 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan,
Canada in 1992. Mr. MacMullin became a Barrister & Solicitor
(Canada) in 1993 with his preferred area of practice being criminal
law. Mr. MacMullin has also served with the Canadian Armed Forces
as a commissioned officer from 1978 to 1981 and in the Royal Canadian
Mounted Police (RCMP) from 1982 to 1988. Mr. MacMullin was also
a member of the Saskatchewan Criminal Defence Bar.

Vernon Veira , LL.B., L.E.C.
Director
Mr.
Veira attained his Bachelor of Laws from La Salle Extention University
(Canada) in 1980, and completed an LEC between 1981 and 1983 from
the Norman Manley Law School in Kingston, Jamaica. After acting
as crown counsel for the Government of St. Kitts & Nevis in
1983, Mr. Veira has gone on to run a highly successful private practice
over the last 17 years (Veira, Grant & Associates of Brasseterre
and Charlestown, St. Kitts & Nevis). Mr. Veira has stood as
a Member of Parliament in the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis,
and is currently a member in good standing of the St. Kitts-Nevis
and International Bar Associations.

Cathy Rublack

Vice-President
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Rublack was employed with the
Canadian Venture Exchange (formerly Vancouver Stock Exchange) for
over twelve years. Ms. Rublack held several management and administrative
positions within the Exchange with the two most recent as Manager,
President's Action Line and Manager, Administration. Ms. Rublack
has completed several Canadian securities related courses and university
classes.
